Drivers must submit a valid full Driver’s license.

All 2020 Cabs Drivers undergo background and police checks. They are trained to understand how to use our security and safety features and how to handle difficult situations. In some states, we even add some extra requirements, like working with children’s checks.

We undertake continuous driving history checks.

Poor behaviour is not tolerated in our cabs. Drivers identified as having poor behaviour are required to complete compulsory remedial training before being assessed for suitability to drive for 2020 Cabs again.

We have mandatory vehicle inspections every three months – this means every car in our fleet undergoes four times more safety checks than ride-share. How’s that for safety, hey?

Inspections include 50 individual checkpoints covering the exterior, interior and mechanical aspects; from road-worthiness, functioning seat belts, GPS devices, cameras and alarm systems through to vehicle cleanliness and documented vehicle photographs.

All our drivers undertake a 25 point daily check on their vehicles to ensure the highest standard of quality and safety for our customers

All 2020 Cab Drivers and Operators are required to have the appropriate level of insurance.

Whenever you ride in a 2020 Cab, you can always see the 2020 Cab Drivers’ ID with photo, name and cab number – so you know you’re riding with a qualified, police checked and professional Driver.
